Special Lunch with Ambassadors’ wives at the Amari Bangkok Hotel

Members of the Ambassadors Wives Club of different Embassies in Thailand invited the children from the Camillian Home to join them for lunch at Amari Bangkok Hotel on the 25th of April. Ten children from the Occupational Therapy Room accompanied by five staff members joined the Ambassadors’ wives for lunch. This was a great opportunity for the Ambassadors’ wives to learn more about our children projects at the Camillian Home and how they might help us.

The OT children do not get many opportunities to interact with people outside of the Home because they need special care but they were very interested and well behaved on this occasion. We arrived the Amari Bangkok Hotel at 12 noon when we got there inside the hotel is big and beautiful. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided lots of finger food and drinks for the children. We divided the children into four groups so that there were seats available for the Ambassadors’ wives to sit at a table with the children. The hosts helped the children eat their food and played with them at the same time. This gave a chance for our team to talk with them about our projects with children at the Camillian Home. The wives were invited to visit our home in the near on their own. They will also discuss a future visit with the committee director.

Sili had a good discussion about the Camillian Home projects on what we try to help children who are living with disabilities with Madame Kevin Doris Ejon from Ireland and Madame Doljo from Mongolia. Both were interested in our activities as well as they might be visit the home in nearly future. Thank you very much for this wonderful lunch and for your kindness, love and compassion.

วันที่ 25 เมษายน 2560 เด็กๆ บ้านคามิลเลียนจำนวน 10 คน พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ (คุณแพดดี้,คุณน้อย,คุณเป้ย, คุณสิริ) ได้รับเกียรติจากโรงแรมอมารี วอเตอร์เกต เชิญพวกเราไปร่วมประทานอาหารกลางวันพร้อมภริยาฑูต นอกจากอาหารมื้อพิเศษแล้วพวกเรายังได้รับโอกาสแนะนำบ้านคามิลเลียน และโปรเจคต่างๆ ของพวกเราอีกด้วย

เด็กๆ มีความสุขที่ได้ร่วมกิจกรรมนอกบ้านฯ พวกเราถึงโรงแรมเวลาเที่ยงตรง อาหารเที่ยงถูกเสริฟอย่างมากมาย โดยเฉพาะอาหารทะเลจานโต ขนมเค้ก และเครื่องดื่ม พวกเราแบ่งเด็กและเจ้าหน้าที่เป็น 4 โต๊ะ แต่ละโต๊ะมีภริยาฑูตนั่งร่วมรับประทานอาหารกับพวกเรา อีกทั้งยังช่วยตักอาหารและพูดคุยกับเด็กๆ พร้อมทั้งรับฟังกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่บ้านคามิลเลียนมีให้เด็กๆ
