Outreach Program at Siam Park City
As part of their outreach program the Thai Aviation Refueling CompanyLimited (Tarco) has been a big supporter of the Camillian Home. This year, as part of their program Tarco took the Camillians children, staff and volunteers to Siam Park City in Bangkok on Wednesday the 26th of April. This trip was beneficial for the Camillian Home children who are living with disabilities to explore society outside the Home and to develop trust in nature.
Staff and children were divided into small groups in order to visit the different Park Zones such as the Water Park, X-Zone, Family World, Fantasy World, and Small World. Our children loved to play in all the zones and were accompanied by the caretakers. Siam Park City offers many good services such as information desk, ticketing area, admission gate, lobby hall, picnic boat, sally restaurant, scout camp and log flume restaurant.
Our children and staff enjoyed the food and drinks and the attention provided by the Tarco staff. We all enjoyed very much with this wonderful trip, our children did not have to worry about the Park Zone because they had caretakers and Tarco staff looking after their security.
The only difficulty was that it was hard to find the toilets for our children because Siam Park City has limited special toilets for disabled people. I would love to say thank you very much to our Tarco brothers and sisters especially for the Tarco director for supporting the Camillian Home.
