Fun Friday
Our kids got a couple of great surprises last Friday. Our friends over from Ruamrudee International School came over to entertain and perform for our kids.
110 7th graders who had been planning and practicing for weeks. The end result was fantastic. Simon Says, board games, dodge ball, talent shows which included dancing, singing and even a David Beckham display of fancy footwork. Both groups of our kids had a wonderful time and we would like to thank Mr. Terry and all the students and faculty for sharing happiness and their long term support of our home.

But that’s not all. The night before a group of three visitors from London arrived at Camillian Home for the very special purpose of painting a mural for our children. Now I’ve had some experiences before of well meaning friends wanting to grab some brushes and a can of paint. Sometimes it doesn’t go how you expect. But wow, did these three young travelers impress. The team leader, Miss Alessandra Tortone and her two “assistants” Miss Benedita and Mr Alessio were like an assembly line at Ferrari. In only six hours, they completed a 100 foot long masterpiece along our wheelchair ramp. The kids loved it! If you ever need any painting done in London, go see Ms Alessandra.
