On the 19th the kids got a real treat. Santa, his trusty elf and many of his friends came by for a surprise visit.
About a month before Raymond Leroux and Gerhard Weissenboeck, friends from the Blue Monkey Bar, arranged to collect Christmas presents for all our kids and needed supplies for the Home. This Santa was not like the Santa we had a few days prior, which was our actually one of our driver’s wearing flip flops and a obviously too fake white beard. The kids were not fooled. This Santa was the real deal, right down to the beard. Some of the younger ones were even a bit scared at first, but of course once “Santa” pulled out their special present frowns turned upside.
